摘要
本文以交通事故这种异常事件为例,分别对公路基本路段内交通事故影响时间、车辆排队长度、事故影响下不同时间段内不同路段断面流量变化和不同路段发生事故的车流变化进行了分析.采用交通波理论给出了该事故路段内不同阻塞行车道宽度的车辆排队长度.
Based on events of traffic accident, this paper roads, length of traffic queuing, and sectioned traffic changes analyzes the time taken by accidents in average city and vehicleflow changes under the effects of acci- dents. Using the traffic wave theory, this paper gives the lengths of queuing in jammed lanes of various widths. Un- der realistic circumstances, an event of accident, from the moment the accident occurs to the arrival of police, ac- cident scene investigation, handling, clearance and restoration, can be broken down into four phases, i.e. pre-ac- cident moment, moment from the occurrence to investigation, moment from investigation to the clearance of the scene, and restoration after the scene has been cleared. The procedures of an accident event are not clear-cut, and the analysis of the accident mainly focuses on the moment of the occurrence to traffic restoration. The effects of po- lice handling hereby are not studied.
