摘要
综述了骨架修饰的有机-无机杂化二氧化硅膜的制备及其在气体分离和渗透汽化方面的应用。在-Si-O-Si-骨架结构中引入有机基团形成有机-无机杂化的二氧化硅膜,提高了膜材料的孔径可调控性和水热稳定性。分析了采用不同有机基团修饰对膜材料性能的影响,综述了近年来这类膜材料在气体分离和渗透汽化方面的应用。
The preparation of the backbone modified organic-inorganic hybrid silica membrane and its application in gas separation and pervaporation are reviewed. It is clearly understood that the improved tunable pore sizes andhydrothermal stability of hybrid silica membrane is due to the presence of organic segment in the silica network. Theeffect of organic pendant group in the silica network on the properties of organic-inorganic hybrid silica membranes issummarized and the application in gas separation and pervaporation of this kind of membrane in recent years is reviewed.
