摘要 国内激光切割技术在金属板材下料环节应用广泛,在薄板下料加工市场发展十分迅速,并在中厚板加工市场逐步应用。详细分析了国内激光切割机机型、搭载式激光切割机的主要结构特点、关键控制技术,以及搭载型激光切割机的应用现状。最后分析了制约搭载式激光切割机在国内中厚板加工行业广泛应用的主要因素,以及搭载式激光切割机在国内的应用前景。 The laser cutting technology is widely applied in the metal plate cutting in China.It is showing the quick development in thin metal plate cutting market.And this technology is gradually applied to cutting of the medium thick plate.The types of laser cutting machine,main structure features of carrying type laser cutting machine,key control technology and the application status of carrying type laser cutting machine were introduced in detail.At last,the main factors that the carrying type laser cutting machine can not be widely applied to cutting of medium thick plate in China were analyzed,and application prospect of canying type laser cutting machine in China was forecast.
