摘要
目的：总结婴幼儿卡介苗性淋巴结结核的外科治疗方式及其疗效。方法回顾性分析1999年～2013年经本院手术治疗的婴幼儿卡介苗接种反应性淋巴结结核63例，总结其临床特点、手术方式、疗效及预后。结果63例经确诊的患儿根据局部症状分别采用脓肿切开引流术、病灶清除一期缝合手术，愈合时间分别为19d，8d，随访6个月～3年，复发率为4．8％，0％．结论婴幼儿卡介苗性淋巴结结核较少见，且容易漏诊、误诊，早发现、早诊断，病灶清除一期缝合手术可缩短病程，减少复发及手术并发症。
Objective To summarize the surgical treatment methods of infantile BCG lymph node tuberculosis and its effect . Methods After analyzing the 63 cases of infantile BCG lymph node tuberculosis that were treated by surgery in our hospital from 1999 to 2013,to summarizes its clinical characters,surgery methods,effect and prognosis.Results According to their local symptom,those 63 cases were treated by abscess incision drainage and debridement respectively ,and the healing time is 19d and 8d respectively.Those patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years,and their recurrence rates were 4.8%and 0%respectively.Conclusion The infantile BCG lymph node tuberculosis is a rare disease ,which is likely to be miss-diagnosed or misdiagnosed .Early discovery ,early diagnosis and debridement treatment can shorten the course of the disease ,decrease recurrence and surgery complications .
