摘要
针对冷连轧高速轧制过程中的划痕问题,充分结合冷连轧机组的设备与工艺特点,在对划痕缺陷的微观与宏观特征进行了大量的现场跟踪与实验室观察的基础上,首次阐明了带钢表面划痕的发生机制,提出轧辊与轧件之间打滑和轧辊表面铁粉富集是引发划痕的必要条件,修正了划痕综合判断指标,并从应急治理、轧制规程优化、工艺润滑制度优化、轧辊表面铁粉富集的预防等4个方面入手,提出了相应的划痕综合防治措施,并将其应用到某1 220五机架冷连轧机组的生产实践,划痕缺陷发生率从平均0.061%降低到0.018%、轧制速度从平均1 232 m/min提高到平均1 261 m/min,为企业创造了较大经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
Abstract: For the scratch defect of cold tandem mill, through a large number of field experiments and theoretical studies on the macro and micro characteristics of scratch defect, fully considering equipment and process features of cold tandem mill, the mechanism of the scratch defect for the first time was clarified. And it was put forward that the necessary condi- tions of scratch defect were the slippage between roller and workpiece, and the concentration of iron filings on roller sur- face. The scratch mark judgments were revised and relative preventing measures were puts forward. What's more, the direct application of the model to the production of 1 220 five-stand tandem cold mill can obtain good results and economic benefit. The rate of scratch defect falls from 0.061% to just 0.018% and the rolling speed is raised from 1 232 rrgmin to 1 261 m/rain.
