摘要
目的:观察电针治疗2型糖尿病肺热津伤型的疗效。方法:将66例肺热津伤型2型糖尿病患者随机分成治疗组(电针组)和对照组(针刺组),每组33例。治疗组给予电针治疗,对照组采取单纯针刺治疗。观察治疗前后患者空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)]、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(Homa-β)等指标的变化及影响其变化的相关因素,并比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组患者FPG、血脂(TC、TG、LDL)等指标较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05),而HDL较治疗前有所回升(P<0.05)。治疗组及对照组患者FINS、Homa-IR和瘦素指数都有明显下降(P<0.05),Homa-β也有明显回升(P<0.05)。结论:电针在治疗2型糖尿病的过程中具有很好的疗效,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of electric acupuncture (EA) in treating type 2 diabetes with lung heat and fluid injury type. Methods: 66 cases of lung heat and fluid injury type of T2DM patients were randomly divided into treatment group (EA group) and control group (acupuncture group), with 33 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by EA therapy, while the control group was treated by simple acupuncture therapy. Patients were observed before and after treatment of the fasting Plasma glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FINS), blood lipid (TC, TG, HDL, LDL), insulin sensitivity index (ISI), insulin resistance index (Homa-IR), pancreatic islet beta cell function index (Homa- 13) and other indicators of changes and its effect of related factors, and made a comparison of effects of the two groups. Results: The FPG, blood lipid (TC, TG, LDL) of patients in the treatment group and the control group markedly decreased (P〈0.05), and compared with those before treatment, HDL increased (P〈0.05) statistically significant. The FINS, Homa-IR and leptin index of patients in the treatment group and the control group were decreased (P〈0.05), Homa- 13 had rebounded (P〈0.05) statistically significant. Conclusion: EA had a good effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes, and worthy of further promotion.
