摘要
少数民族大学生因其成长环境的影响，思维认知、行为习惯等方面都与汉族大学生有明显差异。因此，在对其进行思想政治教育时，不能按属汉族大学生的教育模式。本文通过对普通高职院校少数民族大学生的分析，提出政治教育要尊重少数民族大学生的民族文化，贴近他们生活、学习的实际等各种解决方法。最终达到提高少数民族大学生思想政治教育针对性和实效性的目的。
Due to the influence of their grown-up environment, the minority students＇ cognitions and behaviors are obviously different from those of the Han Nationality College students. So, the ideological and political education for them is not in accordance with the Han nationality college students＇ education mode. Through the analysis of the minority students in regular colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some solutions, for example, the political education must respect the minority students＇ national culture, go close to their actual life and learning, in the end to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of.the objectives of the ideological and political education for the minority college students.
