摘要
基于供应链管理的思想,从企业集团全局的角度研究库存运营资金管理的优化问题,分别在独立采购决策、独立库存管理;独立采购决策、托管库存管理;联合采购决策、托管库存管理;联合采购决策、联合库存管理等4种模式下,分析了企业集团中上下游公司的采购与库存决策,计算了相应模式下的年库存总成本。研究结果表明:合作的采购与库存策略可以减少企业集团以及各个子公司年库存运营资金的占用,实现企业集团库存运营资金管理优化的目的。
Based on supply chain management, it introduces the optimization of inventory working capital man- agement for the global group company. It shows detail about independent ordering decision, independent invento- ry management, independent ordering decision, hosting inventory management, joint ordering decision, hosting inventory management, joint ordering decision and jointly inventory management. It analyzes the ordering and in- ventory decision of group company, its subsidiary companies in upstream and downstream of the group company, and the total annual cost of inventory. The results show that： purchasing and inventory strategy cooperation can bring great benefits for the group company and subsidiaries companies, realize the optimization of inventory work- ing capital management for the global group company.
