摘要 为了实现对平压平模切机模切力进行在线实时监测,根据平压平模切机压力传送机构的结构特点,本研究提出了一种新型模切力在线监测系统的设计方法。该系统采用STC89C52RC单片机主控芯片,以AD620型前级放大器、HX711型高精度A/D转换芯片和LCD12864型液晶显示屏为主要元件。同时还设计了模切力在线监测系统的流程模型,采用Protel软件设计电路,用感压纸对传感器进行标定。为保障模切机的安全,设置了警报模块。经实验测试验证,该系统稳定可靠,能满足模切力测试精度要求。 In order to achieve online real-time monitoring on platen die-cutting machine die-force, according to structural characteristics of the pressure transmission mechanism of platen die-cutting machine, a die-force online monitoring system was designed. In the system, STC89C52RC was used as the micro-controller, AD620 prime amplifier, HX711 high precision A/D converter chip and LCD12864 display were used as the main elements. The process model of die-force online monito- ring system was also designed. The circuits were designed with Protel software, and the sensor was calibrated with prescale film. To ensure the safety of the machine, the alarm module which could alarm automatically when die-force exceeds rating was installed. The experimental test showed that the system is stable and reliable to meet the die-force test accuracy demand.
