摘要 基于VMI建立多产品需求环境下的选址-库存联合决策模型,研究了综合决策设施选址、产品配送和多产品的库存控制策略。模型以选址成本、运输成本和库存成本综合最小为目标,同时在一定服务水平上决定配送中心的位置、数量、服务范围及其库存控制参数。该模型属于混合整数规划问题,文中给出了求解该问题的遗传算法求解过程,通过数值算例测算,结果表明该算法可以有效地求解该问题;最后在不同服务水平条件下对模型求解,结果表明服务水平对模型选址结果也有一定的影响。 In this paper, on the basis of VMI, we built the location-inventory joint decision model within the multi-product demand environment and studied the strategies for the comprehensive decisions on facilities location allocation, product distribution and multi-product inventory control. Then we presented the solution process of the problem through the genetic algorithm and then through a numerical example, demonstrated the validity of the model.
