特应性皮炎患者外周血白介素-17和白介素-23水平的检测 被引量:6

Expression of interleukin-17 and interleukin-23 in peripheral blood in patients with atopic dermatitis

摘要 目的探讨特应性皮炎(AD)患者外周血中白介素-17(IL-17)、白介素-23(IL-23)的含量及其在AD发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测40例AD患者外周血中IL-17、IL-23的含量,并与AD疾病严重程度作相关性分析。AD疾病严重程度用SCORAD评分标准判断。同时以30例性别、年龄匹配的健康人作为对照组。结果AD组外周血中IL-17的含量为(36.23±8.66)pg/L,明显高于健康对照组(17.11±2.25)pg/L(t=13.38,P<0.01);其含量与SCORAD评分呈显著正相关(r=0.412,P<0.05)。AD组外周血中IL-23的含量为(52.78±8.56)pg/L,高于健康对照组(24.86±3.12)pg/L(t=19.02,P<0.01);其含量与SCORAD评分呈显著正相关(r=0.493,P<0.05)。结论AD患者外周血中IL-17、IL-23的含量增高且与病情的正相关性,提示过量表达的Th17细胞调控因子IL-23可能激发Th17细胞处于功能活跃状态,Th17细胞分泌过量的效应因子IL-17促进AD发病发挥一定作用。 Objectives To detect the concentrations of interleukin-17 (IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23) in peripheral blood in the patients with atopic dermatitis(AD) and study the role of T helper(Thl7)ceils in the AD pathogenesis. Methods Peripheral blood was obtained from 40 patients with AD and 30 health controls, with matched gender and age in both groups. The concentrations of IL-17 and IL-23 in peripheral blood were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and their relationship with AD disease severity were analyzed. AI) disease severity scored with SCORAD criterion. Results The serum concentrations of IL-17 in the patients with AD(36.23 ± 8.66pg/L) was significantly higher than the healthy controls (17.11 ± 2.25pg/L) (t=13.38, P〈0.01)and positively correlated with SCORAD score in AD(r=0.412, P〈0.05). The serum concentrations of IL-23 in the patients with AD(52.78±8.56pg/L) was significantly higher than the healthy controls(24.86±3.12 pg/L) (t=19.02, P〈0.01)and positively correlated with SCORAD score in AD(r=-0.493, P〈0.05).Conclusions The high serum concentrations of IL-17 and IL-23 and their positive correlation with AD disease severity suggest that Thl7 ceils regulatory faetor(IL-23) overexpression may stimulate Thl7 ceils being in a state of activation and Thl7 cells secretory effect factor (IL-17) excessive secretion plays the certain role in promoting the pathogenesis of AD.
