摘要
电磁阀的主要作用是在车辆防抱死系统ABS(Anti-block system)工作过程中的增压阶段控制增压速度,但其在线性控制时精度较差,动态响应能力低,对此,本文提出了基于开关控制的阶梯控制增压方式,并指出了其应用范围。根据电磁阀开关响应特性,确定了电磁阀阶梯控制时需要进行匹配的参数。借助实车搭建匹配试验台,调整匹配参数使其能够满足阶梯控制的要求。将匹配的结果运用于ABS控制算法,进行道路测试。结果表明,该方法能够快速确定匹配参数的合理范围,且控制精度较高。
Solenoid valves are mainly used as inlet and outlet valves in v (ABS). The inlet valve is used to control the pressure increase ramp in the ehicle's anti-block system pressure-increase phase of the ABS. When the valve is in linear control mode, the control accuracy and dynamic response are poor. So a new stepped control method based on switch control is proposed, and the conditions that are suitable for stepped control are given. The key matching parameters are determined based on the characteristics of the response of solenoid valve under switch control mode. A test bench is built with a real vehicle brake system. The values of the key parameters are adjusted to meet the requirement of the stepped control. Then these adjusted parameters Results show that the proposed method can quickly are used in an ABS algorithm on road test. determine the reasonable ranges of the key parameters and the control accuracy is high.
