摘要 塔河油田原始油气比较大,油井供液能力下降快,原油很容易脱气,气体影响已成为机抽井泵效低的重要原因。介绍了塔河油田主要的防气技术。防气技术应用结果表明,单从分气效率而言,伞形螺旋气砂锚优于螺旋气砂锚,螺旋式气锚最差。气锚因结构简单,价格便宜,防气效果较好,广泛应用于稀油井开采中,但使用时需注意其适用范围。环阀式防气杆式泵宜在泵深小于3 100 m的稀油井使用,与气锚配套使用效果更佳。螺旋式气锚+毛细管+单流阀过泵排气防气工艺不仅能达到防气目的,而且还能最大程度地发挥气体的举升作用。 The large original oil/gas ratio in Tahe Oilfield make the crude oil easily degas, resulting in fast reduced oil supply in oil well. Thus, degassing has become an important cause of low pump efficiency. The gas-prevention technology in Tahe Oilfield is introduced and the application results show that the umbrella-type spiral gas and sand anchor is better than spiral gas and sand anchor in terms of gas separation efficiency, and spiral gas anchor has the lowest gas separation efficiency. The gas anchor has a simple structure and great gas-prevention performance with low cost, making it widely used in thin oil production. But its application range should be well considered. The annular valve type gas-preventive sucker rod pump is preferable for application in thin oil well less than 3 100 m, and will achieve a better performance with the use of gas anchor. Spiral gas anchor + capillary tube + non-return valve through pump gas discharge/prevention technology can not only achieve gas prevention, but also take advantage of gas lifting role to the greatest extent.
