摘要
普光气田气质特殊,高含硫化氢和二氧化碳,天然气计量采用标准孔板流量计,存在计量不稳定以及读数偏差较大等问题。基于孔板流量计的结构原理,从高级孔板阀选材、流量计计算机选择和连接部件设计3方面介绍了孔板流量计在普光气田的应用情况,最后根据软件和硬件2方面因素,分析了流量计量误差产生的原因,并据此提出了正确设置计量参数、定期清洗孔板阀、五阀组和引压管路等改进措施。这些措施对解决高含硫气田计量问题具有一定的指导意义。
The gas produced from Puguang measurement issues like measurement instability gas field contains high hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. Gas and large deviation of reading are encountered by using standard orifice flowmeter. The structural principle of the orifice flowmeter is illustrated. The material selection of advanced orifice valve, computer selection of flowmeter and connect components design of orifice flowmeter applied in Pu- guang gas field are analyzed. The causes of measurement error of flowmeter are analyzed both in software and hard- ware. Based on the analyses, improvement approaches like properly set measurement parameters, regular orifice valve and five-valve manifold cleaning and pressure transmission pipelines advancement are proposed. These approaches would provide certain guiding significance for addressing the problems of measurement in high sulfur-containing gas field.
