摘要
现代学徒制通常有特定的培训对象、统一的管理机构、专业的指导组织、竞争的培训主体、灵活的培训学制。当前,在我国实施新生代农民工学徒制培训具备可行性,而构建相应的体系需要组建新生代农民工学徒制培训管理机构,明确经费使用与运行机制,制定学徒学籍管理制度,建立培训评价与反馈机制。
Modem apprenticeship usually has particular training objects, unified management institutes, professional guid ance organizations, competitive training subjects and flexible training system. At present, it is feasible to carry out appren ticeship training in China, and the material measures are: build management institutes for apprenticeship training, clarify the utilization and operational mechanism of funds, make schoolroll management system for apprentices, and build evalua tion and feedback mechanism for training.
