摘要
介绍一种纺织生产过程工艺数据获取及处理系统。针对现有大型纺织生产过程工艺数据监控管理存在的问题,分析和比较了几种典型纺纱生产过程中获取工艺数据方法的利弊,研发了一种基于现场总线的纺纱生产过程工艺数据集成及监控管理系统。该系统底层基于PROFIBUS DP网络和工业触摸屏获取现场数据,上层采用以太网和服务器冗余架构设计,基于数据库技术对工艺数据进行集成传输和统计分析。实际应用表明:系统运行稳定可靠,有效地实现了纺纱生产过程的监控管理。
One kind of spinning production procedure data acquisition and treatment system was introduced. According to problems existed in current large spinning production procedure data monitoring management, advantages and disadvantages of procedure data acquisition from several typical spinning production procedure were analyzed and contrasted. Spinning production procedure data integration and monitoring management system based fieldbus was developed. The system bottom layer is based on PROFIBUS DP network and industrial touch screen to obtain field data. Eth- ernet and server redundant architecture were adopted by the upper layer,procedure data were integrated transmission and statistical analyzed based on data technology. Practical application shows that the system operation is stable and reliable, monitoring management can be realized effectively in spinning production procedure.
