摘要
高校图书馆社会服务功能已成为高校图书馆可持续发展的重要组成部分,馆员综合素质的高低制约了图书馆服务功能的重要因素。本文针对目前高校图书馆在信息创新模式下馆员服务模式局限性以及存在的问题,提出大学图书馆馆员高效服务应具有的素质,为图书馆资源信息社会化的高效利用提供建议。
Library information innovation and society service in university has become the important component of the construction of Library in the future. The comprehensive quality of librarians is the important factors to determine the service function of library. The article is aimed to put forward effective measures service to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians in the information innovation and society service and give some suggestions in the efficient use of library resources, according to the information service situation and existing problems in university librarians.
