摘要
由于 Purkinje纤维在心脏心室中的复杂分布 ,它的仿真成为心电正问题研究中的一个难点。本文利用分形树结构来描述 Purkinje纤维传导系统 ,提出了满足边界条件的分形树生长算法。通过对心内膜壁的球映射 ,该算法能在心室壁上自动生成 Purkinje纤维分形树 ,不需要人工干预。
The complexity of the distribution of Purkinje fibers in ventricles has led to great difficulty in ECG forward problem research. In this paper Purkinje conductive system is described by using the structure of fractal trees. A fractal tree growing algorithm, that satisfies to boundary condition is presented. By global mapping of internal wall of ventricles, Purkinje fibers tree can be automatically grown on the internal wall of ventricles without human intervention.
