摘要
在医患关系紧张的背景下,医院安全管理不再是简单的安保问题。减少医疗环节中的失误,可从根本上降低医疗纠纷的发生率。通过研究、对比和借鉴发达国家的医院供应链运行模式,针对目前中国医院供应链中存在的安全隐患,提出一套对医院供应体系实施整体供应链管理的思路。
With a tense atmosphere among patients and doctors, the safety of health care services are more and more concerned together with the security system. The dispute between patients and hospitals are be reduced radically if the medical error can be decreased. This paper, based on the comparison on the modules of supply chain management among development countries, provides a total solution on supply chain management on hospitals.
