摘要
ATP合成酶(ATP synthase)是生物体内能量代谢的关键酶,是天然存在的分子旋转马达,为细胞生命活动提供所需能量,在生命体中具有重要作用。翻译后修饰(Post-translational modification,PTM)可改变蛋白的物理、化学性质、影响生物学活性,并调控许多生物反应过程,在某些病理情况下,ATP合成酶发生异常的翻译后修饰,导致机体损伤。
ATP synthase is a critical enzyme for numerous metabolic pathways in organism, acting as a natural rotary engine and it plays a very important role in life by providing the cells with usable energy. Post-translational modification (PTM) can regulate lots of biological processes by altering the structure and function of the protein. Under some pathological conditions, the PTM of ATP synthase may result in organism damage.
