大流量系数离心压缩机模型级数值模拟精度研究 被引量:12

摘要 以某大流量系数离心压缩机模型级为研究对象,采用NUMECA FINE/Turbo软件对其进行数值模拟并与模型级性能试验结果进行比较,给出了网格数量、湍流模型及盖盘侧间隙等因素对数值模拟精度的影响。 A large flow coefficient centrifugal compressor model stage was numerically simulated by NUMECA FINE/Turbo and then the simulation results were compared with experimental performance. The effects of mesh number, turbulence model, and labyrinth seal on numerical simulation precision was studied.
