摘要
网络政治参与作为一种新的政治参与形式,已成为新媒体时代大学生政治参与的重要组成部分。从总体上来说,目前大学生网络政治参与呈现良好态势,但也存在一些非理性的政治参与行为,需要加以正确导向。随着网络政治参与相关制度的完善,大学生网络政治参与将表现出五个方面的发展趋势,即由网络失控向掌控网络话语主导权转化;由网络个体向网络共同体转化;由网络匿名政治参与向网络"实名注册"政治参与转化;由网络政治参与目标指向不确定向更加注重社会热点和现实问题转化;由虚拟政治参与向现实政治参与转化。
The network political participation as a new form of political participation has be come an important part of students＇ political participation in the new media age. Generally speak ing, the current network political participation of college students showed a good momentum, but there are some irrational acts of political participation need to be properly oriented. With the im provement of relevant system of network political participation, college students network political par ticipation will exhibit five aspects, namely the transformation from the network out of control to grasp and control the network discourse initiative; transformation from the network individual to the net work communities; transformation from the network anonymous political participation to the network ＂real name registration＂ political participation; transformation from the network political participa tion targeting uncertainties to paying more attention to social hot and practical problems; transforma tion from the virtual political participation to the reality political participation.
