摘要
在加强和创新社会管理中,与各界群众存在着天然联系的人民团体发挥着积极作用。在社会管理发展到社会治理的背景下,人民团体参与社会治理面临着新的形势和挑战。要强化人民团体对社会治理的参与,发挥其联系各界民众的优势,需要更新社会参与协同理念,创新参与机制与途径,并推动其参与的制度建构。
People＇ s organizations have natural relations with people from all walks of life, and are playing active roles in social administration enhancement and innovation. With the development of social management into social governance, the participation of people＇s organizations in social governance is facing new situation and new challenges. In order to enhance the participation of people＇ s organizations in social governance and give full play to their advantages in connecting peoples from all walks of life, we shall update the concept of coordinated social participation, make inno- vations in the participation mechanism and approaches, thus advancing the institutional construction of the participation mechanism.
