摘要
目的 探讨便携式视频显微镜在经眉弓额叶底入路解剖研究中的应用效果。方法 选择新鲜和灌注固定的成人尸头标本各5具,于眶上孔外侧经眉弓切口、游离骨瓣开颅,在便携式视频显微镜下解剖并观察前颅底和蝶鞍区。结果 便携式视频显微镜经眉弓额叶底入路能够清楚、逼真地显露视神经、视交叉、垂体、嗅神经、颈内动脉及其分叉、眼动脉起始部等前颅底和蝶鞍区的解剖结构。结论 便携式视频显微镜经眉弓额叶底入路可安全有效地显露前颅底和蝶鞍区。
Objective To study the application of portable video microscope in supraorbital subfrontal approach. Methods The anterior skull base and the sellar region were exposed and observed through portable video microscopic supraorbital subfrontal approach on fresh and perfused human adult cadaveric heads (five specimens respectively) after the free bony flap craniectomy was made above the superciliary arch and laterally to the supraorbital foramen. Results Optic nerves, optic chiasm, pituitary gland, olfactory nerves, the internal carotid artery and its bifurction and the original part of the ophthalmic artery, etc. in the anterior skull base and the sellar region were exposed clearly and lifelikely through portable video microscopic supraorbital subfrontal approach. Conclusions Portable video microscopic supraorbital subfrontal approach enables micrergy to work in the anterior skull base and the sellar region.
