摘要
农业对外直接投资是农业"走出去"的一种重要模式,是经济全球化、农业国际化背景下农业发展的必然选择。对俄农业投资开发与合作,拓展了黑龙江省农业发展空间,加快了农村劳动力向境外转移,拓宽了农民增收渠道。但目前该省对俄农业投资的进一步发展在资金、环境、风险保障及投资规模等方面尚存在不利因素,建议在政策、资金、保险、科技等多个方面提供要素支撑。
agricultural direct investment in foreign countries is an important pattern for export - oriented Agriculture. It is inevitable choice under the background of economic globalization and the agricultural internationalization. The agricultural investment, exploitation and cooperation with Russia, expand the Heilongjiang province agricultural development space, speed up the rural labor force transfer abroad, and broad the channels of increasing farmers＇ income. But at present, in the process of the further development of agricultural investment, there are unfavorable factors in the fund, the environment, risk protection, and investment scale. We suggest giving support on policy, fund, insurance, science and technology.
