摘要
介绍适用于造纸机的变频调速 PLC控制系统。本系统利用能量回馈技术消除了大惯性机械因负载突变而产生的高泵升电压 ,并利用 PLC实现了精确的速度链控制和其它逻辑控制。运行结果表明 :本系统自动化程度高 。
An AC variable frequency drive system of paper machine with PLC controller is introduced.The system uses energy feedback technique to restrain high pumping voltage produced when the load of the machine with large inertia varies suddenly.And with PLC,It is able to performs precise speed chain control and other logical control.It is shown by the operation result that the system is of high automation level and energysaving effect.
