摘要
采用弹塑性大变形有限元法研究了直缝焊管成型过程 ,针对边界非线性问题 ,首次导出了位移边界条件的迭代方法 ,分析了33.5mm× 2 mm双半径焊管管坯表面的应变分布规律。该方法也适用于冷弯过程。
The forming process of welded tube is studied by the FEM of large elastic plastic deformation.A new method of dealing with nonlinear displacement boundary conditions is firstly developed The laws of strain distribution are given by numerical examples.The method can be used for all the processes of cold bent rolling forming.
