摘要
二十世纪九十年代 ,张晋藩先生在《清代律学及其转型》、《中国法律的传统与近代转型》、《中华法制文明的演进》等论著中以清代律学为切入口 ,把律学的发展、演变、精神及其转型置于中西法制文明演进的广阔背景之中 ,把传统律学的研究推向了新的高度。
In the 1990s, in his works—*DJurisprudence of the Qing Dynasty and its Transition, the Ancient Laws of China with Its Modern Transition, and the Evolution of Civilization of the Chinese Legal System etc. Mr.Zhang Jin-fan puts the development, evolution and the jurisprudential spirit and its transition into the background of the civilization of the western and eastern legal systems, thus highlighting the research of the traditional jurisprudence.
