摘要
本文采用红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)花环试验测定了沱沱河(海拔4700m)和西宁(海拔2260m)两地人群的红细胞免疫功能,并进行了对比观察。结果显示高度高原沱沱河地区人群RCIA花环率与中度高原西宁地区人群花环率相比呈机显著性下降(P<0.001),急进高度高原后,RCIA功能亦呈明显下降,循环免疫复合物(CIC)升高组,RCIA活性亦显示明显降低,提示两者之间存在着一定的相关性,最后就高原地区人群RCIA功能下降的原因进行了简要讨论。
The study was conducted to detect the function of red cell immune
adherence(RCIA)in pop-ulations in Xining(2260m above sea level) and
Tuotuohe(4 700m above sea level) by using RCIAassay.The function of
RCIA in population in Tuotuohe was significantly lower as compared
withthat in Xining(P<0.001).No obvious difference in activity of RCIA
was found between theHanrace and Tibetan,the native and the immigrant
as well.People who rapidly went into high al-titude region suffered
from lower RCIA function than that before immigrating.The function
ofRCIA in high CIC(circulating immune complex)group was significantly
lower than that in nor-mal CIC group.It is suggested that the CIC
level is strongly associated with the activity of RCIA.Finally,the
mechanisms for declining function of RCIA in population in high
altitude region werediscussed.
