就高校实验室的建设 ,管理和使用中的资金投向 ,建设重组 ,优化管理和使用定位等分层次操作等问题进行了讨论 ,旨在探索学校人、财、物的合理使用和实验教学效果的保证。
The investment, re organization, optimization and orientation of university laboratory, were discussed based on its different types of construction, mangement and utiligation. It tries to seek the optimum use of staffs, fund and equipment and the guarantee of effect of experiment teaching.
