摘要
用固相法合成了内源性类阿片肽新皮啡肽I(DELI)及其 3个类似物 (Asp从 5位到 7位 ) .实验发现DELI及其类似物的镇痛和免疫活性次序 (由大到小 )分别是Asp5(Asp6)、Asp4 (Asp7)和Asp4 、Asp7、Asp6、Asp5。
Endogenous opioid deltorphin I (DEL I) and its analogues (progressive, stepwise repositioning of Asp from 5 to 7) were synthesized by using solid phase method. It was found that the order (from strong to weak) of analgesic effect and immune activity is Asp 5(Asp 6),Asp 4(Asp 7) and Asp 4, Asp 7, Asp 6, Asp 5, respectively. This result suggested that the position's alteration of hydrophobic amino acid residues at C terminal of DEL I analogues strongly influences biological activities and three dimentional structure of the whole molecule.
