摘要
用稳态极化法 ,阳极动电位扫描法研究了给定酸度而不同H2 S浓度和给定H2 S浓度而不同酸度的溶液中H2 S对N80号油管钢腐蚀行为的影响 .结果表明 :酸性溶液中H2 S会吸附在油管钢表面从而促进腐蚀反应阳极过程的进行 ,且随着溶液中H2 S浓度的增大油管钢耐蚀能力降低 。
The effect exerted by H 2S on the corrosion behavior of N80 # oil pipe steel in given pH value but various C H 2S and given C H 2S but various pH value solutions was studied by means of stable polarization and anodic linear potential sweep. The experiment results showed that H 2S in the acid solutions can be adsorbed on the surface of oil pipe steel and it can accelerate the anodic process of the corrosion reaction. At the same time, the oil pipe steel's anti-corrosion ability reduces and the corrosion rate accelerates with the increase of C H 2S in solutions.
