摘要
本实验选用新西兰兔64只,4只对照;60只在左胫骨作不锈钢接骨板固定,分为3组,分别在内固定后2、3和4个月取出钢板,在取钢板时及取钢板后1、2、3和4个月每组4只动物处死取材,取接骨板下皮质骨块制备超薄切片作透射电镜观察。结果表明,接骨板取出过迟可延缓局部骨质疏松的逆转,其主要原因是成骨细胞和骨细胞的骨形成活动受抑制。因此,作者认为,为加速局部骨质疏松的逆转,应在骨折愈合后尽早取出按骨板。
60 New Zealand rabbits were plated on their left tibia with stainless steel plates,and.another 4 rabbits were served as control.The plated animals were devided into 3 groups,from which,the plates were removed 2,3,and 4 months after implantation,respectively.Four animals in each group were sacrificed immediately after plate removal and the remaind-er were killed 1,2,3 and 4 months later.The cortical bone beneath the plates were-preparedfor transmission electron microscopic observation.The results indicated that the prolonged fixative duration retarded the recovery of thelocal osteoporosis caused by rigid plate fixation,which played an important role in ingibit-ing bone formation from osteoblasts and osteocytes.Thus,the rigid plate should be rem-oved as soon as the fracture united in order to promote the reversal process of local osteopo-rosis
