摘要
应用模拟试验方法 ,研究了低氟浓度条件下的氟化钙沉淀反应行为和晶核对氟化钙沉淀反应的作用。结果表明 ,低氟浓度条件下 ,诱导沉淀形成的晶核很难生成 ,致使氟化钙沉淀难以生成。加入氟化钙晶核可促进氟化钙沉淀生成 ,氟化钙晶核既可降低沉淀反应启动钙浓度 ,在相同钙浓度条件下 ,又可使氟浓度降得更低 ;在处理低浓度含氟废水中 ,氟化钙晶核的适宜用量为0.
The behavior of precipitation reaction of calcium fluoride and effect of ctrstal nucleus on precipitation reactin of calcium fluoride were studied in condition of low fluoride concetration through simulation experiment.The results showed that crystal nucleus of causing precpitation formation is difficult to produce in condition of low fluoride concentration,result in being difficult to product calcium fluoride precipitate;The calcium fluoride precipitate is easy to produce after crystal nucleus of calcium fluoride are add in solution.The crystal nucleus of calcium fluoride can reduce initiate calcium concentratin of precipitation reaction and can reduce fluoride concentration to lower in condition of same calcium concentration as well;The optimum consumption of crystal nucleus of calcium fluoride is 0.2 kg/t in treating lower concentration fluoride wastewater.
