摘要
运用发光细菌法对淮阴市河流水样的毒性进行监测 ,并以毒性较为稳定的HgCl2 作参比毒物 ,使此法所测得的毒性定量化 .据水质毒性分级标准 ,对水样毒性测定结果进行评价 ,同时参照水质的理化因子 ,可以看出 。
In this paper,toxicity of the river-water from Huaiyin City is determined by the method of the photobacteria,and using stable HgCl 2 for contrast toxicant so that the result of the determination can be quantified.It was based on classification standard of water quality toxicity and physical-chemical factor of the quality of the water and that the result of determination of river-water samples toxicity can reply the pollution of the water better.
