摘要
在热重分析的基础上 ,建立了石灰石煅烧固硫反应过程的数学模型 ,并对影响固硫效果的SO2 浓度、反应温度及颗粒粒径等因素进行了研究 .模型的计算结果和试验结果吻合较好 ,该量小于 12 % 。
SO 2 absorbence with limestone in fluidized bed coal combustion is one technology which has been widely used for a long time. In this paper, a grain model used to simulate the process of calcination and desulfurization reaction of limestone was established on the condition of TGA. The influence of SO\-2 concentration, reaction temperature and particle size were discussed in the model. The calculated results was in good agreement with experimental ones. The established model has significant guidance for desulfurization.
