摘要
针对炉内喷钙炉后活化 (LIFAC)脱硫工艺的特点 ,研究了烟气和烟尘物理化学特性的变化 ,及其对电除尘器(ESP)可能产生的影响 ,提出了ESP的设计要求 。
The physical and chemical characteristics of the flue gas and fly ash had been changed in LIFAC FGD process.ESP in normal pulverized coal boiler can not be suitable for this change.The characteristics of the flue gas and fly ash are discussed,their influence on ESP performance is analyzed,the demands of designing ESP are pointed out and the case of actual application is outlined.
