摘要
通过实验对碳化硅、硼化物、氟化物三元系统的釉化规律及其影响因素做了探讨,并将其应用于膏剂渗硼和热处理加热用保护涂料。实验表明:利用这一釉化系统而实现的自保护膏剂渗硼法具有渗硼能力强,操作简单,成本低,渗后工件表面易清洗等特点;利用这一系统做为热处理加热用保护涂料具有很好的高温抗氧化能力,经其保护的工件,表面光洁不发生氧化,而且化学成分不发生变化,具有极大的应用价值。
This paper probed into the glazing law and its affecting factors of Silicon-Carbide-Borides -Fluorides system by doing experiments, and which is applied to the pasty bonding and heating protecting of heat treatment. The experiments show that by use of this SBF system the way of self - protecting pasty bonding has good characteristics such as strong bonding ability, simple in operation, reducing cost and the borided workpieces are easily cleaned etc. Also, using this SBF system as protecting coating in heat treatment has very good oxidating resistance at high temperature, so the protected workpieces surfaces are smooth, no oxidating and the chemistry ingredient don't change, which has most large value in use.
