摘要
为探讨bcl 2和IGF ⅠmRNA在良性前列腺增生发病过程中所起的作用。本文采用斑点杂交技术研究正常和增生前列腺组织中bcl 2和IGF ⅠmRNA表达情况并加以比较。结果表明 :IGF ⅠmRNA在增生前列腺组织中表达明显高于在正常前列腺组织中的表达 ,增生组织中平均表达值是正常组织的 2 .5 1倍 (P <0 .0 1) ;bcl 2mRNA在增生前列腺组织中表达也明显高于在正常前列腺组织中的表达 ,增生组织中的平均表达值是正常组织的 1.71倍 (P <0 .0 1)。表明增生前列腺上皮细胞促增殖和抗凋亡作用强于正常组织 ,提示bcl 2和IGF Ⅰ参与前列腺细胞增殖与凋亡过程 ,增生前列腺中bcl 2和IGF
To explore the effect of bcl?2 and IGF?ⅠmRNA on pathogenesis of BPH.Gene expression of bcl?2 and IGF?Ⅰ was studied in normal and hyperplasia prostatic tissues by means of dot blot hybridization technique.Results showed that the mRNA levels of bcl?2 in BPH tissues were significant higher than those in normal prostate,the average dot IOD value ratio of BPH to normal prostate was 1.71( P <0.01).IGF?ⅠmRNA levels were also higher in BPH tissues(2.51 fold).The results suggest that bcl?2 and IGF?ⅠmRNA interferes the balance of proliferation and apoptosis in the prostate,bcl?2 and IGF?Ⅰ might play a important role in the development of BPH.
