摘要
目的 对比观察自体外周血干细胞 (APBSC ) /脱钙骨 (DB)复合移植与自体红骨髓(ARBM ) /DB复合移植治疗骨缺损的疗效。方法 36只家兔双侧桡骨造成 1cm骨缺损 ,随机分为DB组、ARBM /DB组和APBSC/DB组 ,每组 1 2只 ,分别进行X线片、生物力学和组织学检查 ,然后作对比研究。结果 术后第 2、4、8、1 4周 ,APBSC/DB组和ARBM /DB组X线片、改进的GaryX线评分和光镜观察结果 ,以及术后第 1 4周整骨破坏载荷和骨缺损修复形态学评分均明显优于DB组 ;但APBSC/DB组与ARBM /DB组间差异无显著性。结论 APBSC与ARBM都能在DB的骨形态蛋白诱导下促进成骨细胞的形成 。
Objective To compare the curative effect of repairing segmental bony defect with the composite grafting of autologous peripheral blood or/red bone marrow stem cell (APBSC/ARBM) and decalified bone (DB). Methods 36 rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly on average —DB,ARBM/DB and APBSC/DB. A segmental bone defect (1 cm in the length) was created at two radii in each rabbit. The curative effect of segmental bone defects was assessed by serial radiographic, biomechanical and histologic studies respectively. Results APBSC/DB and ARBM/DB were superior to DB on X ray, modified Garys radiographic scoring and microscope test in the second, fourth, eighth, and fourteenth week and on the load broken of intact bone and be scoring histomorphology in bone defects repairing in the fourteenth week after operation. But no significant difference was demonstrated between APBSC/DB and ARBM/DB group. Conclusion APBSC and ARBM have a osteogenic function in the induction of bone morphogenetic protein derived from DB. The curative effect of the composite grafting is superior to that of DB grafting alone.
