摘要
目的 观察乳化葛根素对高脂血症家兔血清一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)及PGI2 ,TXA2 的影响。方法 用喂饲法建立家兔高脂血症病理模型 ,随机分为 7组 ,每组 5只 ,分别静脉注射生理盐水、葛根素 (40mg·kg-1)、磷脂(40mg·kg-1)及乳化葛根素高 (40mg·kg-1)、中 (2 0mg·kg-1)、低 (10mg·kg-1) 3个剂量后 ,取血测定各指标含量并进行组间两两比较 (q检验 )。结果 高脂血症家兔血清NO ,NOS及PGI2 水平均降低 ,而葛根素、磷脂及乳化葛根素可升高血NO ,NOS及PGI2 水平。结论 葛根素、磷脂、乳化葛根素均有调节血管内皮依赖性舒张因子的作用 。
Objective To observe the effect of emulsive puerarin (Ep) in hyperlipidemic rabbits on plasma NO,NOS and PGI 2,TXA 2.Method The model of hyperlipidemic rabbits was set up by feeding high cholesterol diet.Seven groups were designed: Puerarin group (Pur),Phospholipid group (Pl),Ep high dose group,media dose group,low dose group,control group (C) and a normal group (N).Pur 40mg·kg -1 ,Pl 40mg·kg -1 ,Ep 40mg·kg -1 ,20mg·kg -1 ,10mg·kg -1 ,and NS 1ml·kg -1 were injected into the margin vein of rabbits respectively for 6 days.The indexes were measured afterwards.Result The content of NO,NOS and PGI 2 were increased, in hyperlipidemic rabbits.Pur,Pl and Ep increased the content of NO,NOS and PGI 2.But there was no differents in the content of TXA 2.The effects of Ep were better than those of Pur or Pl.Conclusion Pur,Pl and Ep have the effects of increasting serum NO,NOS and PGI 2,the effect of Ep is much better.
