摘要
本文就近年来迅速发展的植物超氧化物歧化酶的纯化工艺、性质及结构研究进行概述。并介绍类SOD活性物质及其在抗衰老中的应用。
This article deals with the recent advances in studies on the structure, behavior and purification technology of superoxide dismutase derived from plants as well as the application of SOD-Like active matter in antiageing.
