摘要 本文研究了亚硝酸根的一个新指示反应,在稀磷酸溶液中,孔雀绿与溴酸钾的氧化还原反应受亚硝酸根催化使前者褪色,据此建立了测定痕量亚硝酸的新方法。测定灵敏度为6.87×10 ̄(-8)gN/L,测定范围为每25mL0~6。 A new indicator reaction is described in which malachite green is oxidized to dis-colouration by potassium bromate,and nitrite is used as catalyst.The effect of various experj-mental factors was Studied and the optimal conditions for nitrite determination were found.Ithas been shown that the reaction follows the rate expression:Thevalues of u and βwere determined spectrophotomeerically and found to be l. 020 and 0.9919,respectively. From the Arrhenius plot,the apparcnt activation energy of the reaction wasfound to be 93. 65kJ/mol. The scnsitivity of 6.87×10 ̄(-8)g/L for N.was obtained in theconcentration range of 0 to 600 ng/25mL.
