催产素对大鼠中缝大核痛放电的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用玻璃微电极胞外记录的方法 ,观察皮下注射不同剂量的催产素 (OT)对大鼠中缝大核 (NRM)神经元伤害性诱发放电的影响。结果 :OT使痛兴奋性神经元 (PEN)伤害性诱发放电频率降低 ,使痛抑制性神经元 (PIN)伤害性诱发放电频率增加 ,且都有量效关系。结论 :OT的镇痛作用与中缝大核的痛兴奋神经元及痛抑制神经元的电活动有关。 The effects of different dosages of oxytocin(OT)administered subcutaneously on the electric activity of nuclei raphae medianae(NRM)were observed in 45 male Wistar rats by extracellular recording.We found that OT could decrease the frequencies of evoked discarge of pain excitation neurons(PEN)and increase the frequencies of evoked discharge of pain inhibition neurons(PIN)in NRM,which appears dose-dependency apparently.The results indicate that the analgesic effect of OT is in part the results of electric activity of PEN and PIN in NRM.
