摘要
本文探讨了双圆弧齿轮传动的振动、噪声的特点及与传动效率和润滑状况的相互关系以及润滑油和工作温度对振动、噪声、效率、润滑状况的影响。并从理论上对上述特点及相互关系进行了分析,本文还探讨了齿端修形对双圆弧齿轮动态特性的影响。
A series of experimants were conducted to search the character of vibration and noise of such gears. the relations between gear efficiency and lubricating states, lubricant and working temperture are discussed, The interactions between them are analyzed theoretically, The influence of end relief on dynamic characterstics of Double-circular-arc Gears with hard surface are also provided
