摘要
Zn,Cd,Pb,Sb等金属的挥发速率与温度和压力的关系作了研究,结合国外的数据,归纳提出典型曲线和表达式,曲线以临界压Pcrit为界分两部分,高于Pcrit,残余气体起主要作用,金属挥发速率ω,随压力增大而减小,有logω=a一bp残;小于Pcrit时,金属的蒸气压起决定作用,ω在一定温度时为定值,此规律对实践有重要意义,如确定作业的真空度,温度,加大设备生产率,不污染环境,在真空中不氧化金属,不使金属溶解气体,还可以脱除金属中的气体等。
The relationships of evaporation rate(ω)of Zn,Cd,Pb,Sb with temperature and pressure werestudied.Referins to a great deal of foreign data,typical curve and equations arc suggested.Thc curve is divided into two parts by critical pressure Pcrit.When the pressure of chamber P is larger than Pcrit residualgas plays an important role,logω=a bPresidure. And when P < Pcrit, vapor pressure of metals makes decisiverole and ω,is a constant at certain temperaturc.The results of the study are of practical usc for determining vacuum degree and temperature of a process,increasins the productivity of the equipment.dgasingthe metals with no pollution to enviroment,no oxidization to metal.and no gas solution in metal.
