摘要
对无烟煤燃烧过程空气预热的燃料节约率进行了热力学分析,结果表明.在空气消耗系数α=1.0~1.3时,空气预热温度每提高100℃,燃料节约率提高4.6%~5.9%。且α越大预热空气的节能效果越显著。
From the thennodynamic analysis,the energysaving based on air preheating in adiabaticcolnbuation of authracite is calculated.When the fuel-to-air ratio a is 1.0~1. 3,energy saving efficiencyincreases by 4.6%~5.9 % with the inareased of 100 ℃ in air preheating temperature. The larger thefuel-to-air ratio,the more effective the energy saningof air prehcating.
