摘要
为探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)宫内感染的机理,本文采用原位分子杂交技术,测定了20份外周血HBsAg/HBeAg双阳性孕妇胎盘组织和24份HBsAg阳性孕妇外周血单核细胞(PBMC)的HBVDNA。结果发现,胎盘组织HBVDNA均阳性;HBVDNA主要分布于胎盘蜕膜,而绒毛滋养层细胞未见阳性,提示HBV已侵袭胎盘蜕膜,且可能在蜕膜细胞中有复制,但未累及绒毛。PBMC的HBVDNA测定结果表明,HBVDNA阳性率为583%(14/24),阳性的孕妇中,有2例其婴儿发生了宫内感染。
To study the mechanism of intrauterine transmission of hepatitis B virus(HBV),we detected HBV DNA of 20 placental tissue samples and 24 PBMC samples of HBV serum positive mothers by in stiu hybirdization.The results displayed the rate of HBV infection in placenta was very high(100%),and HBV DNA mainly distributed in the decidua,but there were no positive signals on the trophoblasts of the villi and blood cells in the capillaries of villi.It indicated that HBV has invaded decidua of placenta and HBV may replicate in it,but it does not cause the fetus infection.The rate of HBV infection of 24 PBMC samples was 58.3%,two infants were infected in uteri.
