摘要
本文采用正交实验设计,观察低蛋白质对大鼠体内抗氧化能力及无机元素含量的影响。实验结果表明,饲料中低蛋白质可全面降低肝脏中锰、硒、铜、锌、钙、镁含量及SOD、GSH-Px活性,仅使肝铁、肾及血硒含量升高。
The effect of low protein on antioxidative ability and mineral element contents in rat was reported by orthogonal test,The result showed that superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase activities and selenium, copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium contents in the liver were markedly decreased by dietary low protein treatment, whereas iron in the liver, selenium in the kidney and blood were significantly increased by the same treatment.
