摘要
过氧乙酸复方消毒剂含500mg/L过氧乙酸、300mg/L有效氯之二氯二甲基海因及缓蚀剂等成分。为了解其杀菌效果及腐蚀性,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验与金属腐蚀试验。结果,以500mg/L过氧乙酸或 300mg/L有效氯作用15min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率分别为99.94%与 97.91%;含两者的复方对其杀灭率达100%。该复方杀菌作用受有机物的影响较单一成分者小;对金属的腐蚀性小于过氧乙酸,而大于二氯二甲基海因。
The Compound Disinfectant of Practice Acid contain ingredients such as peracetic acid 500 mg / L, dichlorodimethylhydantoin containing available chlorine 300 mg / L, anti- corrosion agent, etc.. In order to know its bactericidal efficacy and corrosiveness, suspension quantitative bactericidal test and metal corrosion test were carried out. The results indicated that the killing rates of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores exposed to peracetic acid 500 mg/ L or available chlorine 300 mg / L for 15 min were 99.94% and 97.91 % respectively, while that of the spores exposed to the compound disinfectant containing both of them attained 100%. The influence of organic substances on the bactericidal efficacy of this compound disinfectant was less than that on the bactericidal efficacy of the single ingredient. The corrosive effect of the compound disinfectant on the metals was milder than that of peracetic acid, but heavier than that of dichlorodimethylhydantoin.
